Free Program software....

Looking for a free program to use for making layouts,... I found this one PhotoFiltre 7.1.0. I downloaded it and gave it a try...Not a bad lil program for putting layouts outs together & it's free.Takes a little playing with to figure it out..but easy enough.I'm still playing with it, not sure if you could use if for designing..
Great program for someone just starting off in digital scraping...& did I mention..it's FREE!
I made this layout in PhotoFiltre & used my scrap kit!
